We require a minimum of 48 hours advance notice during high season (December-April). For large groups or special packages, we recommend booking 5-7 days ahead to ensure availability of multiple therapists and preferred time slots.
We bring everything: professional massage tables, premium linens, organic oils, aromatherapy diffusers, and all equipment. You just need to provide a quiet space (bedroom, terrace, or living area) and access to water/bathroom. We handle setup and cleanup completely.
Yes, we have a $200 minimum (before travel fee) to cover therapist time and setup. Most single services meet or exceed this. For reference, a 60-minute Swedish massage ($175-225) plus travel fee ($75-150) typically exceeds the minimum.
We service all of Santa Teresa, Mal País, Manzanillo, and Playa Hermosa. Travel fees vary by distance: Santa Teresa center (+$75), Mal País/Manzanillo (+$100), remote villas/Hermosa (+$150). Contact us if you're unsure about your location.
We accept cash (USD or Costa Rican colones), Zelle, Venmo, and direct bank transfer. Payment is due upon service completion. We provide digital receipts via WhatsApp or email.

We understand vacation plans change! Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance for free rescheduling. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows incur a 50% charge, as we've reserved therapist time and declined other bookings.
